A nurturing slow flow to align mind, body, and breath evolves into meditative holds in grounded asanas with support from bolsters, blocks, and blankets. This class is designed to stretch and balance the body, relieve tension, and settle the mind. This practice is accessible to all levels.

Wake up the body and focus the mind with energizing pranayama, slow mindful asana, and guided meditation. Stretching and strengthening are balanced in this grounding practice. Guided modifications can ease or deepen the practice as desired. This practice is accessible to all levels.
