We kicked off the “Wisdom of Traditional Diets” cooking series last month with “Ayurvedic Cooking for the Doshas.” This month we’ll embark on a trilogy of culinary explorations through the Blue Zones, regions of the world where people live the longest lives. We begin in the Americas with a vegetarian-based diet from Loma Linda, CA. as well as fresh salad & sea fare from the “rich coast” of Nicoya, Costa Rica.
This free cooking class will be hosted at Natural Grocers in Boulder, CO.
No cooking experience is needed to attend. Participants will be invited to eat the food that’s prepared during the class.
